It all started in 2006  from his PC at home in Portugal – mixing for his best friends.

The R Industry continued honing his ear between London and Europe, moving through different types of electronic music – Deep House, Progressive House and Techno – filtering sound through his heart – “always expect the unexpected with every mix filled with emotion and feeling.”

Years have passed and his passion for music and new world sounds, voices, rhythms and beats has allowed him to integrate and assimilate to create truly unique soundscapes and techniques. 

The R Industry dramatic intros, synths, melodies and groovy beats have contributed to his first participation in 2017’s Burn Residency Ibiza Competition in Lisbon which took him to a place in the Top 5 representing Portugal.

With roots firmly planted in Techno, The R Industry continuous playing at many private events and he remains “Just a Techno lover who loves Techno so much and putting some tracks together”.

At the core of Deep Progressive Melodic House & Techno music, Washington D.C. based DJ Producer Sabeel Chohan is someone who blends different sounds, styles and scene with melodic ease since 2010. During her performances, she showcases her passion for music, making her energy noticeable during each and every set. Her unique style captures the attention of many listeners around the world.
As Sabeel says, “It’s not just a string of random sounds, it’s about how specifically selected music takes the listener into a deeper journey.” 
After attending the many closing parties in Spain, Sabeel has harnessed the fresh sounds of Ibiza and European flavors into the heart of DC’s underground nightlife scene resulting in various resident spots on Ibiza Live Radio, Elysium Affairs , DeepTechDC, Synthesis DC Raving Girls Official .FM, and Subtek Music. On top of being ranked as top 50 DJs in Washington D.C. and Djane Top 100s (North America) four years in a row 2018 - 2021, her unique blend can be heard on soundcloud.com/sabeel-chohan
