ET Reed is an independent hip-hop music artist who is on the rise. They grew up in CT, USA and started doing music professionally in 2020 and only a year later released What a WRLD, which accumulated 100k streams on Spotify. Their superlative passion for music shines through every song along with the important messages and experiences embedded in their lyrics. With hip-hop/pop being a major adoration for ET, their creativity has no boundaries. 

ET Reed is known for their signature expressive, lament melodies but also explores rap in some of their songs. An array of powerful artists who heavily influenced their childhood include: Sean Kingston, Rae Sremmurd, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Eric Bellinger, The Weeknd, and Juice WRLD. Having these influences has led to ET having a versatile style of music, which has allowed them to create their own signature melodic rap sound.

Starting off 2023, ET dropped Ridiculous which hit 1,000 streams on Spotify within it's first week of release. They were featured in numerous articles and magazines including HONK, Plastic, Illustrate magazine and Popfad, 24K Hip-Hop, & Uk Hip-Hop. ET is gaining momentum and continues to remain a musician to watch. in 2024, ET Reed opened for Capella Grey in Providence, RI in February and has been on an amazing roll performing in CT, MA, RI, GA, etc while still dropping and teasing more music. This year looks like a promising one for the 26 yr old musician.

Biography

Mohau Prince Mbatha, artistically known as Prince Mercy, is an independent South African singer and rapper who aspires to be an influential public figure in contemporary alternative sound & popular music. Located at the center of Gauteng, in the north of Johannesburg, Alexandra's born & raised wonder kid is on the road to cementing his name in the game with his ecstatic, vibrant and contemporary sound.

He got introduced to making music at the age of 18 years old, in the year 2019. He worked on a joined project titled Egomaniacs EP (available on all distribution platforms) with fellow hip hop artists, Stan Fisher & Kaymon early in the year 2020 kick-starting his way into the music industry as it was the first project he ever worked on & they were a group, Third Ego. 

Later on in that year, he took to himself that he wants to partake in a solo career for reasons known only to him & he started working with another creative, by the name Tiizo as of November 2020. 

In the year 2021, he ventured into exploring SoundCloud & released his first ever 3 track mixtape which was engineered by Tiizo along with other songs they worked on.

Gaining recognition in doing open mic shows such as The Masterclass Podcast, Dark City Sessions, Up In The North & more... Prince Mercy ended up headlining in a lot of different shows & went on to be an opening artist at the 1st GOMORA CARNIVAL edition for industry artists & creatives like Young Stunna, Mr JazziQ, Zuma, Pcee & Justin99. He also went on live radio for a freestyle battle on Alex FM Mixtape show hosted by Karabo Masemola (K Mass), radio frequency 89.1 bar4bar challenge in the year 2023 which he gained a lot of knowledge & experience with the ins & outs of radio. 

Currently working on new music, he hopes that his offerings to the music industry are met with critical and commercial success, propelling him to the forefront of hip hop & popular music.
