TED AXE BIO

Golden Robot Recording artist Ted Axe is part of Canadian punk rock history as the front man for The Action known as Canada's first punk band.
The Action toured with The Ramones and garnered more press in one year than most self-respecting punk bands get in a lifetime and Ted became known as an entertaining provocateur and a powerful vocalist.
 The Action released one EP on Montreco Records containing their hit "TV's On The Blink" and then in true punk tradition self-destructed.
 Ted has led his own bands since then and has lived and performed in Toronto,Montreal,Vancouver LA and Seattle eventually forming Sister Hyde  and signing to Steel Heart Records in 2007.
  He released Sex,Violence,Horror produced by Rob Sanzo (Sum 41) in 2019 and a for song  Ep entitled-''The Count of Rock'' signing a distribution deal with Golden Robot Records. 
 In 2025Ted released his new single,a cover of Lady Ga Ga's ''Born This Way''and his original song-''Little Vampire Girl'' produced by Rob Sanzo.              
  He is currentlyin the studio recording and is performing dates in Canada and The US.
