Flip The Lid is here on a monthly basis with the aim of 'flipping the lid' on some of most exciting artists across the globe, as well as recognising some of the mainstays of the scene. Expect a mixed bag of sub genres within the harder, rave side of dance music with a nod of homage towards progressive, trance-like and heavy hitting house music and bouncy groove-inspired techno. Side A kicks off with Anatole Serre's “Hyperdulia,” a high-tempo blend of drums, breakbeats, and subtle seduction. It’s followed by Xialin's percussive “Breath of Water,” a heavenly yet pulsating journey.
