Matt Catling A.K.A Under The Sun Formed in Early 2020 in Ipswich, Suffolk UK Though out the last two years U.T.S has released 2 E.Ps, 3 Singles and 1 album called Dream released via Brighton Indie Label Shore Dive Records, all gained a bit of attention from radio airplays from the like of BBC introducing, Future Radio, DKFM shoegaze radio and few good reviews. Under the sun's
influences lies somewhere between My Bloody Valentine, Jesu, massive attack, Portishead, Boards Of Canada, Mogwai, Seefeel, Flying Saucer Attack, slowdive and The Telescopes. 
U.T.S has played shows Around The East Anglia and London including a few Festival appearances of Woodbridge Ambient festival and Norwich Psych Fest whith supporting acts like Andy Bell (GLOK/RIDE), Black Doldrums, Bdrmm, Sly & The Family Drone, Stef Kett, Lemondaze, Magic Seas, Mieko Shimizu and A/lpaca

Formed in 2019, the London based band quickly garnered attention across the shoegaze, psych and post-punk scenes, including bagging support slots with Helicon, Cult Of Dom Keller, Mayflower Madame, The Third Sound, You Said Strange, Firefriend, Daiistar and Magic Shoppe along the way. Elements of their influnces can be traced back to late 60's psychedelia, the independent post-punk scene, through to the shoegazing era of the early 90's. Expect swathes of layered guitars icy synth textures washed in reverb, juxtaposed with pounding bass lines and abrasive drums to round off the sonic palette.
