This is a work in progress, a second version because the first has the kicks WAY too loud, the arrangement is not finished by any means, I'm just airing out ideas for the elements. Feedback is most welcome.

Renovation (work in progress v2)

Rough demos of instrumental ideas awaiting lyrics and vocals from a wiling participant. Recorded using Pro Tools, I play all parts on guitar, bass, and mellotron. Mike Rice plays drums on a Roland digital kit. 

Dan Olson appears courtesy of himself and plays guitar on the Garage Band tracks.
