Each year I'm blown away by the elite level that is Blossom Festival in Western Australia. From humble beginnings this festival has really put on the map.

Live from Interstellar Groove Festival 2025 

My first Interstellar Groove Festival did not disappoint! This year I’ve spent my time focused on writing the type of music I’m proud to be playing in settings like this, I had ear marked this years festival as my chance to showcase what I had been working on. 

To receive so much love both before and after I played was a complete validation that the direction I’ve been working towards is the direction I should be going.

Completely captivated by the flow of deep and hypnotic sounds, she decided at the end of 2024 to learn to mix and to step behind the decks to have a more immersive and deeper connection with her passion and to share it. 
Demanding in her musical research, she meticulously dissects each track to keep only those that awaken the senses. Heavily inspired by the greatest artists such as Aaron King, Luis M, Greenwolve, Navy Gator, Akari System, Tom Baker and many others, her sets are imbued with progressive, driving and dark minimal techno, enriched with a psychedelic touch that creates a unique atmosphere.
Aiming to thrill her listeners as much as herself, AKELA seeks to provoke intense emotions through a shared sensory journey, in order to transport the audience into a universe where music becomes a true sensory experience.
