This is one of Kyorai's most famous poem, and one that Natsume Sōseki used as an example of great haiku poetry when teaching at a high school in Kumamoto.

This song is for Palestine. The voices at the end of the track were recorded during a pro-Palestine demonstration in Naples.

My name has dissolved
letter by letter, into the air.
My dreams have vanished in a timeless sky
I don't remember my face
Jewish soldiers stole it
They dissolved it
And now I no longer have a name, nor a face
Like my land, torn and devastated.

The sound of the piano (Meccaniche del Suono) made me imagine that moment of suspension  in the air just before the rain.

Mostly soft synth sounds (Zebra) with a little 0 Coast and a few samples thrown together

Fuzzy Topology

I don't like this much but it might grow on me. Mixture of textures created by Mutable Instruments Braids and some soft synth clips. On the plus side the original track lasts about 30 minutes so be thankful for the editing. [A month later: I DO like it! - maybe I should take another listen to the 30 minute version.]

Another piece of nonsense with no discernible melody and very few points of interest but, nevertheless, sounds ok at low volume especially through headphones. I will be interested to see how many people can actually stick it out for the full duration.
Trisonics - only 3 sounds are present at any one time (not including fx such as vinyl scratching).

Created in collaboration with mAdDaLiEn this is part of a longer "live" recording utilising some sample players and mainly MakeNoise and Mutable Instruments Eurorack modules. It is somewhat scratchy and crackly but that is no bad thing.
