Channel Tres grew up between Lynwood and Compton in Los Angeles. His voice is effortlessly deep, as if Barry White didn't realize he was Barry White. “Controller” is Channel's debut single, out 4/17 on Godmode (Yaeji, Shamir). It’s classic Detroit house, reimagined with the surly attitude of West Coast rap.
