Rohan Da Great, son of legendary dancehall artist Curry Don, is an aspiring Emcee and independent record label owner hailing from east Flatbush Brooklyn New York now residing in Johnston County NC. RDG is driven by one goal; to administer great music to the world. With his L.A.R. Entertainment (Leaders of the Artist Revolution) Imprint, his versatility, exceptional bar delivery and ear for music, Rohan sets himself apart from the upcoming class of MC's. His latest releases “Rule The World” & "Say Goodbye" have tested the waters and came out on top with flying colors. Since their release the songs have been featured on multiple major blogs, radio stations and several magazines which have all sang the praise of the breath of fresh air that is Rohan Da Great. He has also been compared to the likes of Hip Hop icons such as Jay Z and Kanye West respectively. “SMYK” aka “Show Me Your Kitties” is a track that Rohan was tapped to be featured on by EDM DJ/Producer Dani Deahl and to date it’s 2 remixes have amassed over 400,000 plays & streams worldwide. The song has charted on several platforms and has received great praise on multiple well known music sites and blogs including MTV.com & Billboard.com. Subsequently Rohan toured the entire east coast to promote “SMYK” and his upcoming releases. Ro has burned down the stage in front of hundreds of fans in major cities like NY, NC, SC, ATL and FL. Even though Rohan is making waves in music genres outside of “Hip Hop,” his soon to be released debut EP “The Real” promises to bring it back to the classic Hip Hop vibe we have grown to love from Rohan Da Great. His most recent single from the project “Only One” feat. Stoney is a smooth but edgy infectious and melodic musical memoir that speaks on Rohan’s past love issues. The song provides a perfect balance of great lyrics, strong production, hypnotic melodies, unfiltered emotion and great rapping.
