NOVA-K is comprised of seasoned musicians and lyric writers whose careers have encompassed formal education at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and the University of Colorado studying composition and arranging as well as audio and video production. One member was a staff engineer for Motown Records and other studios in Los Angeles, one member was in an international touring band, and one is a Mensa member. All musicians are multi-instrumentalists.
The combined talents and perspectives of these people result in thought provoking songs – both musically and lyrically. Covering a wide range of musical styles and song topics about the human condition, NOVA-K’s songs are fresh with a hint of old school magic.
