Na Pista was born during a sweltering summer in Lisbon, as King Kami experimented with synths at a friend’s studio. What began as playful sessions evolved into a hard-hitting blend of aggressive Jersey club and breakbeat patterns, infused with nostalgic melodies from early 2000s funk brasileiro. The track also features energetic vocal samples from DJ Celly, adding a layer of club heat and Brazilian flair. The result is an electrifying, percussive anthem built for the dancefloor—where bass-heavy pressure, syncopated drums, and shimmering synth lines collide.

King Kami is a dynamic and forward-thinking DJ and producer, known for electrifying sets and genre-blurring productions. Her unique style weaves together funk brasileiro, breakbeat, electro, and volt mix, often incorporating elements of jungle and the nostalgic melodies of early 2000s Brazilian funk. Her music pulses with both raw energy and a playful, emotional edge, drawing inspiration from underground club scenes worldwide.

Romanian DJ and producer Miss Jay, originally from Bucharest and now based in Milan, began her musical journey in the underground hardcore metal scene. This foundation later evolved into electronic music, a transition that continues to shape her unique, genre-fluid identity. Her sets and productions are driven by constant experimentation, merging emotional depth with club-ready energy, and often leaning into the raw, shapeshifting nature of deconstructed club.

A Line In The Soil (June 2025)

Rituales brings together four tracks that deepen a creative process Tufi has been developing over the past three years—built on experiments with recorded samples, online fragments, and heavy sound processing chains. Each track is a unique exploration of hybrid rhythms and emotional textures.

Fuera de Serie unfolds in 3/4, with a percussive framework drawing on cumbia and murga. Accioné began as an attempt at UK garage, later absorbing kuduro, grime, and hyperpop influences. Retruco leans into Jersey Club, EDM, and dubstep intensity. Up the Mont interweaves broken rhythms, rave shouts, and percussive patterns, co-created spontaneously with friends and colleagues.
The EP reflects Tufi’s collaborative spirit, featuring joint sessions with Cimarrón in Buenos Aires and DELLA in Barcelona, later developed through remote exchanges.

Born and raised in the outskirts of Atlanta in the multicultural crossroads of Gwinnett County, the Indian-American upstart builds from percussion outward. Drums are not accents here, they are the architecture. Their sound is tactile and intentional: club music as soft insistence, as ritual, as transport across geographies.

In his mix closing out this series, globalism is the guiding force. This is music shaped by the belief that culture is fluid and that borders are fictions. The mix moves accordingly: between continents, genres, and timelines, without asking permission.
