I wasn't exactly fresh at the crack of dawn on Sunday. 
I switched on the studioH by reflex, grabbed my Telecaster and played a big single E that I let vibrate until it went out. 
I had just under 7 seconds of E as a starting point. Not much. 
So I did what I do in my kitchen, chopped it up into little bits and cooked it with simple beats from my TR606 and 808. 
After my third coffee, the Telecaster came back to curl up on my lap.
I spiced up my sound with a curry of tremolo and ringshifter and made a whole bunch of E's.
Hop, my fragrant broth was ready and the ride was on. 
I thickened it with a layer of synth and a layer of CR-8000 (another drum machine from the 80s).
And just before serving I threw in a spicy riff with a daddy-style whawha.

Je n’étais pas vraiment frais ce dimanche à l’aube. 
J'ai allumé le studioH par réflexe, attrapé ma telecaster et enregistré un gros Mi que j'ai laissé vibrer jusqu'à extinction. 
J'avais un peu moins de 7 secondes de Mi comme point de départ. Maigre. 
Alors j'ai fait comme dans ma cuisine, je l'ai découpé en petits bouts que j’ai mis à mijoter avec des beats simplissimes de TR606 et 808. 
Après mon troisième café, la telecaster est revenue se lover sur mes genoux.
J'ai haché une autre grosse poignée de Mi bien épicés avec un trémolo et un ringshifter poussé à fond. 
Hop mon bouillon parfumé était prêt et le ride lancé. 
J’ai épaissi avec une nappe de synthé et une bonne louche de CR-8000 (une autre boîte à rythme des années 80)
Juste avant de servir j’ai balancé un riff pimenté avec une whawha à la papa.
