It looks like Netflix is hoping to expand  its catalogue with more faith-based films through a new deal.

US filmmakers Tyler Perry and Devon Franklin have been announced as producers for a series of Christian movies that will be exclusively available on Netflix.

Kicking off this new partnership will be "R&B," a contemporary version of the biblical love story between Ruth and Boaz.
