let’s start at the beginning, 1975 I was 
born	
 in Victoria Texas. in 1986 when I doa was 11 
years	
 old I was a BMX racer do ABA American bicycle association was having the state championship race . i won first place in state . 
fast forward six years 1992 my family and I were living in Austin and they were having the state championship race here in austin . i raced and I came in first place in state again okay fast forward to 1995 i had just graduated high school in 93 
on April 13, 1995 four friends and I we’re heading eastbound on Highway 71 a.k.a. Ben White. It was around midnight we were going home.  I was in the backseat passenger of a BMW.  We were at the intersection of 
HWY 71 and Montopolis.  When the green turn arrow appeared we proceeded to turn left on to Montopolis.  My last memory was seeing truck headlights out of the passenger side window.  The front seat passenger says that his lasts memory before the truck hit was of me reaching over and pulling him towards the middle of the car.

My next memory was awakening in a hospital bed.
When i awoke they told me “Randy, u can’t walk,  You have been in coma for the last two Months. You were involved in a DWI accident. My immediate reaction was “oh my God did I kill anyone?” They said “ no Randy you were a victim, u were hit by a 16 yo drunk driver” 
I do not know what came over me (actually i do, Love came over me) but i met Waylon Franks(drunk driver) and shook his hand and said im not mad @ you,   You made a  mistake i forgive you, just don’t do  it again.  So i first attended Quest and bridges day program and it was enjoyable as far as rehabs go. My parents would drop me off in the morning at the rehab and pick me up around 5 o’clock in the afternoon. During the day at the rehab we will do fun activities like bowling and hippo therapy which is where you ride horse back bareback with a Sursingle type saddle and when the horse 🐴 walks it moves ur hips in the same motion as if you were walking 🚶‍♂️.  The next rehab was not enjoyable at all.  It was a residential rehab facility that i lived at in San Marcos.  i didn’t enjoy it much But this is Rad Randy Armstrong 2 time state BMX champ. I was determined that i was going to walk aga.  Which I did after two  months in that residential rehab.  But i walked slow and used a walker .

- [ ]  So the very next year for my 21st birthday party I had it at the broken spoke i am the Caller nicknamed Brain on 93.7 KLBJs Dudley and Bob show(I will tell you that story another time) they advertised my birthday party on the radio 📻 and over 100 morning show fans showed up at my party! so i didn’t use a wheelchair for 7 years after the accident. i used a walking stick and i would often fall in portray in a seen from breakin’ 2 electric Boogaloo, it was that night i will never forget when my friend Manuel said “Hey Fatboy, I got a nickname fir 🌲 you, im gonna call you  Twinkle-mf’n-toes and it  just stuck! 

Well that Year (1996,  the drunk drivers name kept popping into my mind and there was something new in1996. It was called google .  People were saying if you want to find out about anybody in the world, just put their name in Google . so I did .   do you know what he did the next year when he was 17? He killed a lady! People oft ask me twink, aren’t you torn  Up with anger at him now since he didn’t learn anything from hurting you?  I can honestly say that I don’t have any anger on my heart.  What good would it do? Would it make me walk again? Would he even know that I was angry? I would just be a pissed off guy in a wheelchair that nobody wants 2 be around. I would much rather be the guyrolling around listening to the BeeGee’s with a huge smile and even huger boobies (o)(o)sharing my story and telling everyone that I meet that i loves em  all whilst doing donuts 🍩 fir 🌲 dolla dolla bill$  baby!!! and everybody wants to be around Twinkle-toes these daze shoot brother i gotz em standin’ in line!
