Here's a song I wrote this year - the first I've recorded with an R&B beat. Very happy with the result. I just created an earworm!

Everybody Hurts Sometimes

Here's a blues song I wrote many years ago, though most of the lyrics (all verses 2 and 3) were written this year (2017). On this version I play bass and keyboards, and sing a guide vocal. Bobby C plays guitar and slide guitar too. Enjoy!

This song would really suit a ska/reggae artist with links to Jamaica! It may be cheesy pop - but why not? It's good fun - sung by an old Jamaican character telling the story of his life.

Here's a Christmas song I wrote as a tribute to my late mum.  I blend my new song with the 15th century 'Coventry Carol' - always a favourite of mine.

I don't usually sing anything but guide vocals, and my voice is shaky, but it is authentic and has integrity on this track so leaving it on.

Well here's a poppy summer song - almost a jingle, which I am sure could be used to sell ice cream or lollies or something! My version of Bubblegum Pop. With a nod to Prince...(and his raspberry...)

Here's a new song - I was aiming for choppy guitar as in many Ed Sheeran songs, with a really bubbly, energetic, Boy-bandy feel, which could be played on acoustic guitar and have great vocal harmonies. Enjoy!

It's under 3 minutes so a solo could be added and it'd still be a 3 minute pop song!

Here's a happy, bouncy track I wrote this year - aiming for the acoustic guitar Ed-Sheeran-y George-Ezra-y sound, plus interesting chord progressions! 

This song is all about DON'T BORE US, GET TO THE CHORUS. 

A 3 minute pop song which name-checks both Michael Jackson's Billie Jean and Abba's Dancing Queen, so what's not to like?

Too Sensitive

Here's a song I wrote on my electric guitar in my early 20s, then finished the lyrics a few years later in my mid-late 20s. It was originally a Beatles tribute song, though now I feel it's a ballad which could be sung by a range of performers and singers. Enjoy!

Here's a big ballad, suitable for a female singer probably - a real belter. With a title and lyric BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD - a sort-of quote from Gandhi. A unifying song.
