Sonata Collective was established in 2021, marking the official collaboration of two talented artists, ShelliOak (Kristian Smith) and Curt Lopez (Curt Lopes Faulkner Jr). Their individual sounds had already begun capturing the attention of thousands of listeners, but together they formed a dynamic duo with a vision to elevate their craft to new heights. Their upcoming releases promise to resonate deeply with even the most seasoned ravers.

Since then, the duo has gained recognition on some of the most respected labels in the scene, including Glasgow Underground, Origins, and Mood Child. Their work has been supported by industry heavyweights such as Solomun, Jamie Jones, Ben Sterling, Paco Osuna, MK, and Lee Foss, further cementing their reputation as rising stars.

Their standout track to date, "Simon Says" featuring the talented MC Tone Blanco, has been a game-changer. Released under Mood Child, the label helmed by Manda Moor and Sirus Hood, the track has earned high praise from none other than the legendary Solomun, who has played it to crowds worldwide.

With their unique fusion of deep, groovy beats and infectious energy, Curt Lopez and ShelliOak are poised to make a significant mark on the UK house scene, a scene already brimming with world-class talent. Cashmere Sound (UK) is the musical alias of Stefan Austin, showcasing his love for House music and the many subgenres that come with it. Growing up listening to House and Techno, Cashmere combines Tech House, Minimal/Deep Tech, Jackin House with a nostalgic House vibe.
With over a decade’s worth of experience in mixing, Cashmere continues to develop skills and techniques to improve his craft.
Cashmere began posting his content onto tiktok with his live streaming, gaining over 20,000 followers in only 14 months! He continues to stream regularly and loves nothing more than introducing people to music and showcasing the work of up and coming producers!
