Good effort with just one instance - you must have done some interesting stuff to achieve that.

The distortion in the background of the pad actually sounds a bit like rattling snare wires, like it.

I like this noise piano sound, the tempo/timing is nice also, almost a waltz. The ending is abrupt.

Two things: first and foremost - this is a lovely composition, really enjoyable, very well done !  Nice too to hear that dissonance again that made your first OSC piece so excellent. Secondly - The noise ( distortion ? ) adds no value IMHO. On the contrary, it feels to me like it detracts from the subtle initimate feeling of the composistion.
