Born on June 7, 2004, in Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, and raised in the small suburban town of Durnacol, where musical support is scarce, he discovered his passion for music at an early age. June Tyrus is a multitalented artist, effortlessly blending the worlds of singing and rapping to create a sound that's uniquely his own. His ability to switch from melodic hooks to rhythmic verses allows him to express a wide range of emotions, making his music relatable and impactful. With a passion for storytelling, he crafts lyrics that resonate deeply with listeners, often exploring themes of love, struggle, and personal growth. Each track is a journey, inviting audiences to connect with his experiences and share in the narrative he weaves. As he continues to push creative boundaries, June Tyrus stands out not just for his musical talent, but for the meaningful connections his art fosters within the community.

He began writing lyrics at just 13, immersing himself in the art of storytelling through music. By 15, he took his creative expression to the next level by entering the recording studio, and at 16, he confidently released his first EP, “Bloodline,” which showcased his talent in the hip-hop genre.

In 2021, June Tyrus continued to evolve as an artist, releasing his second EP, “Neptune,” which artfully blended RnB and hip-hop influences. The following year brought challenges when his third project, "The Wait Is Over," faced setbacks due to his account being hacked, hindering its success. Undeterred, he bounced back with the release of “CONCEITED” in 2023, an innovative RnB and rap EP that further showcased his versatility and artistic growth.

His first mixtape, “The Introduction of Fury Gobbler,” marked a significant milestone in his career, garnering increased recognition and solidifying his place within the Hip-Hop and Rap scene. Now he is on the brink of releasing his highly anticipated mixtape, “Mercury Pt. 1,” promising to blend his unique style and experiences into something truly special.

As a rapper, singer, and fashion model, Tyrus aims not only to reach personal heights but also to put his hometown on the map, striving to be the next big giant in the music industry.
