Little demo made exclusively with Xsample libraries. No click track used, no quantization nor any MIDI editing was done. Objective of this little composition is to demonstrate the "plonkability" of the Xsample woodwind instruments. Hence just the one (legato) patch was used for the entire recording (both sustained and short notes) and it was all recorded in one take.

Little demo made to highlight the piccolo and bassoon patches of the Insanity Samples NEO Woodwinds library for Kontakt. 

No click track used, no quantization nor any MIDI editing was done. Objective of this little composition is to demonstrate the usability of the Insanity Samples woodwind instruments in an orchestral context. Near the end I've used some bassoon multiphonics - no bassoonists were harmed during the recording of this demo ;-)

Pandora Unlocked spans 4 albums of different genres, each tied to a different charity. Each track serves as a "demo" for a soundset from the Luftrum store, most of which I acquired from winning a contest in the Summer/Fall of 2021.

This is a melancholy ambient track from the "Ocean Blue" album (https://petergagliardi.bandcamp.com/album/pandora-unlocked-ocean-blue). Donations from the album will go to charity: water.

This track exclusively uses patches from the Solaria library for Dark Zebra.

My Solemn Place (Sonic Underworld Solaria)

I recorded this in december 2020 and for a change this is a little idea I am actually quite fond of and want to elaborate on and turn in a complete piece. Some day I guess.

Instruments used on this one:

1. The piano is the felt one from Spitfire's SA Recordings series, the library is called OPW - after Oliver Patrice Weder and it is the first one in that series. It contains samples taken from his debut album I believe - including this really intimate upright

2. The strings are Spitfire's Originals! Intimate Strings, which really are brilliant value for $29. I regularly use them for chord sequences like this. When paired with Spitfire's Apassionata (to add fantastic legato sustains) I think many people would't really need much more in terms of string libraries with this type of sonic character

3. The solo violin bits near the end are Embertone's excellent Joshua Bell violin. It's the Essential edition (I don't own the full library) and it is just the most expressive VI for these types of lyrical expressive solo lines.

Tribe of Hofund is a medieval/folk inspired electronic duo that consists of Gothi (synthesizers, electronic percussion) and Peter Siegmund Wildling (guitars) from Denmark. We find inspiration in the voices of our ancestors in form of Nordic mythology and religion. We make use of accoustic guitar, synthesizers and samplers. We try to combine our training and interests in classical and mundane music of the past with the electronic sound of present and future.
