This Is How *I* Scream

I made this during an incredibly overwhelming time in my life filled with fear, confusion, dread, darkness, and instability with my mental health. One night I just went to make music and I didn't overthink, tried to just brush in broad strokes, and I made 90% of this in an hour, then smoked a blunt outside, went back to listen to this, and realized for the first time ever I made something that felt 100% like a true expression of me. This instrumental is what it felt like to be me at the time, it's an audio snapshot  of my mind and my heart. Every time I listen to it, it takes me back.
