From 2005 to 2022, over 100,000 child soldiers have been recruited worldwide, as estimated by UNICEF. 
A number that reveals the size of a serious and urgent problem, especially in some countries in Asia and Africa. War, in fact, is a source of enormous suffering for children, both physical and psychological, I believe that this song of mine can represent a small contribution to not forgetting this.

Puts me in mind of when I bought my first reflector telescope.
I actually watched some kind of craft take off and head into the sky
as it slowed to a stop against the star field and faded to deep red...
then vanished.

Don't look too close...
The AI thinks you need to merge your head into the optical tube
to get the best view,
and don't be shocked that our young astronomer
only has 3 legs.

Stargazing

This track is a re-recording of a 35 year old song of mine. Had a lot of white noise back then, so I tried to protect all your precious ears from damage by giving it another try with today's technical equipment. Only my skills didn't improve in the meantime, so I apologize to my younger version of me if I f..... up... ;-)

In The Distance (2025)

As I've started doing lately, this is a short excerpt, focusing on just the closing section of a full piano tune I recorded around 2001. The approach kind of reminds of the ending of "Crime Of The Century" by Supertramp (obviously nowhere near as interesting). Apologies for the poor recording quality, and the piano sound wasn't the greatest back then. Still, this little 1-minute closing section is still one of my favourite things I've recorded.

Until now, my music was almost completely ununderstood except for the SoundCloud community (I am very grateful to you). Why is that? I haven't even been able to face that question.
