The Church of the Living God, Column and Support of the Truth, The Light of the World celebrated their first International Holy Supper in the United States with over 100,000 delegates from the 50 states, Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The Glen Helen Amphitheater holds an official capacity of 65,000, but for this festivity, The Light of the World Church was allowed to use every corner of the grounds to congregate its members for this magnum celebration.

For the past 79 years, the church has celebrated the Holy Supper annually in Guadalajara, Mexico; last year topping five-hundred thousand attendees. This year’s celebration marks a historic milestone for the church, as it is the first time the Holy Supper is celebrated internationally in the United States of America.

“Because it too was necessary for the Holy Supper to disperse through all nations, tribes and tongues. Today, this it the first nation that can say, we have separated from the womb of the principal headquarters in Guadalajara, to perpetually celebrate this beautiful Passover until the coming of Christ,” said the Apostle Naason Joaquin.

Established by Jesus Christ, the Holy Supper is the most solemn celebration of The Light of the World Church, which commemorates his redeeming sacrifice. It was also a mandate, Jesus Christ left his Apostles, as it was referenced by the Paul in the First Book of Corinthians 11:23-25:

“For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.”
