MUDDY makes contemporary dance music, in a plethora of styles; including: Pop, House, Trance, Trip Hop, Hip hop & rap & Jazz & Blues. Emulating heroes like Daft Punk, Orbital & Dr. Dre.

Collabs with guitarist, Ben Smith & producer, French Original at Key Changes add an extra level. Look out for Ben on Milk & Crispies 111 Abmj & check out Lilac & Blue [Satellite Star] [Notting Hill Carnival Monday] 114 C that Jasper & he made.

MUDDY got his first turntables in 2001 with a stack of vinyls, & collected NRG Trance & Hard House Music. These days he buys albums from Rough Trade & the combinations are incendiary!

He was diagnosed hypo-disinhibited in 2001 & dropped out of Cambridge University. One-to-one lessons in High Street Kensington led onto a final year at Pembroke College & a degree without honours, 2003.

In supported housing from 2006. MUDDY qualified as an FA Level 1 coach in 2014 & moved to his first council flat in 2015 in Notting Hill.

His mental illness still dominated his life, however, until in 2021 the correct diagnosis: schizo-affective disorder resulted in new treatment & relative stability.

Producing on Reason & Logic has been a full-time hobby throughout & there's no doubt he's got a touch, sadly much of the work only exists online now as mp3s.
