For the first release of 2023, 47 welcomes Berlin-based DJ and producer Linn Elisabet to its roster. An artist with a singular background in choral singing and gender studies, their work explores techno as a vehicle for transgression and non-compliance. 47034 sits at the nexus of these practices; using searing swathes of rhythmic noise, operatic vocals and broken beats, it explores the space where functional, forward-looking dance music and non-traditional sound design meet. Monument premieres a track "Challenge Me" that will be released on the 24th of February.

Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Farron' gem on 'Shaw Cuts'.
Tessen were folding fans with concealed outer spokes made of heavy iron plates. 
Some swordsmanship schools provided training of the tessen as a weapon. 
Besides using the razor-sharp spokes as an attacking tool, the tessen was also used as a throwing weapon, for fending off knives and darts and as a swimming aid. 
Samurai could also secretly take them to places where overt weapons were not allowed.

After releasing five sold out various artists EP’s featuring 25 artists, positivesource is excited to present a new chapter for the label with a diverse and anthemic EP from Berlin based producer Regent.

No stranger to the label, Regent contributed to src005 last year with his smooth techno roller ‘Off Agenda’ alongside music from Neri J, Alpha Tracks, Vil & Cravo. His tracks have featured heavily in DJ sets by label founders Blue Hour and Philippa Pacho over the years, naturally the idea to present the first artist EP on positivesource with Regent comes as no surprise. The record starts on a hypnotic tip with ‘Occult’, grooving along with an infectious bass-line swung beats and blissed out atmospherics before stepping up the energy levels on ‘Khmera’, a relentless chord driven percussive anthem with nostalgic vocals rising to new heights. On the flip the title track ‘Aphid Riot’ is bold and vibrant leaning heavily into UK flavours using sliced up vocals, breakbeats and a classic ‘Reece’ bass-line. Completing the record is a ‘broken’ version of ‘Aphid Riot’ highlighting an ethereal tonal melody with a deeper and more introspective take on the original. It’s a new sound exploration from the producer, demonstrating his versatility and perhaps a rare moment in his discography.

With an album as versatile and expansive as his LP Fusion, Len Faki wanted a collection of remixes to display a similar kind of musical variety. Hand-picked from his favorite producers, the cast now features a diverse group of artists who have re-imagined 20 of Fusion’s tracks, set to arrive on two double and one single 12“ EP. 

FigureX39 kicks off the trilogy, with our very own Arthur Robert at the helm, fittingly remaking the album’s pensive closer into a melodic peak time stomper. Ø [Phase] ramps up the intensity on straight-laced Temple, keeping the BPM in line with modern techno’s need for speed. 
On the flip, rRoxymore inverts Tor 8 into a psychedelic funnel of haunted voices and pummeling percussion, while dubby synth swirls and ferocious filter action give Pangea’s rework of Space Cowboys I a distinctly UK-feel. 

Coming in as hard-hitting as ever, PAS layers high-octane rave stabs and nonstop propulsive drums on his version of Yantra, and one of the album’s few original house tracks, It’s Time … gets the Truncate treatment, making for lean, clap-heavy groover with enough low-end to move some bodies. Portugal’s DJ Dextro lands on Nicole Moudaber’s MOOD for the first time with the ‘Ground Level’ EP 14th November 2025. Already winning support from Chris Liebing, Chlär, Francois X, and more, the four-tracker opens with the title cut, a dancefloor-primed barrage of kicks, rolling stabs, and sonar-like beeps. ‘Consciência’ maintains the intensity with cavernous synth hits and a pounding rhythm, before ‘Tension’ adds raw, rattling percussion and futuristic sound design. Closing the release, ‘Superman Goes To The Supermarket’ lightens the mood with a deep, dubby groove, nostalgic sequences, and playful, tongue-in-cheek vocal sampling. Active since the early ‘90s, Dextro has built a respected presence through decades of club residencies, global gigs, and releases on key labels such as CLR, Planet Rhythm, and Mutual Rhythm. As a remixer, he has reworked music for heavyweights including The Advent, Insolate, Scuba, and Christian Smith, reinforcing his standing as one of Portugal’s most consistent and long-standing Techno exports. Bête imaginaire discovered composition through Hip Hop production, collaborating with an MC friend. His curious mind quickly felt a calling for new stylistic endeavors and was struck by a Techno lighting at Rex Club while attending one of its famed Automatik nights in the 2000s. Although spellbound by this music, his love affair had to remain dormant for a few years as ever-growing professional obligations took hold of his life. He has recently managed to resume music-making, invigorated by years of musical dreams and more than ever mesmerized by the limitless possibilities of the Techno language.
