FRDY (Freddy), is a 26 year old producer and DJ from Weeze, Germany. He is the official resident DJ of the "Parookaville" Festival in Germany. His collaboration with twoloud was the official Parookaville Festival Anthem in 2016 and he already worked on Remixes for Topic & Ally Brooke (Fifth Harmony), Nico Santos , Moguai and Younotus. He plays on the Mainstays of Venues like Bootshaus (DE), Summer Festival (BE), Parookaville (DE), Airbeat One (DE), Nature One (DE), Electrisize (DE) and many more.

Solitary Debate music is often described as a hybrid of sounds drawing from Brian Eno, Patrick O'Hearn, Sisters of Mercy, Nine Inch Nails, Portishead and Lycia. Their songs are complex webs layered with ambient tones, movie soundtrack keyboards, rich background soundscapes, repetitious hypnotic loops, hard industrial beats and dark ethereal samples. the band can be described quick n dirty in five words: BEATBOX Master MEETS BALKAN traditions

The BALKAN kHANs had their first gigs as one of the live experiments at the BALKAN SCIENTISTS parties in Sofia a unique meeting point in the town where musicians with strong personalities coming from very different backgrounds, ethnicities and generations join their forces. That is how it became possible for the 65 years old gypsy violin virtuoso Venzi Takev to share one stage with the 22 years Bulgaria’s beat box phenomena Skiller (he made the 2nd time in series the world champion at Berlin Beatbox Battle in 2012!!!), the multi instrumentalist and global fusion composer Nikolai Ivanov to meet the gypsy gaida (bagpipe) and tupan master Kolio Ivano who rearly leaves his native little town of Straldja, and all this madness under the deep tuba bass of Mitko Uzunov taken right from the rehearsals of Wagner’s “Rhine Gold” in the National Opera house.

this is a vital, let’s call it “neo-traditional” music ready to detonate in the ears of the world. A real Balkan Beat Box team coming from the heart of the Balkans. Don’t miss it!
