On The Stage

My earliest musical memories are of a small home on Williams Street, where my family moved when I was three. After dinner, my father would play hymns on his Conn organ, and I would sing along. That simple, shared ritual was my first introduction to music.

Our time at the organ came to an end a couple of years later when we moved, and my father's schedule became busier with teaching, pastoring, and graduate studies. I soon moved on to singing along to albums of musicals, and eventually, my mother became my first piano teacher. But I'll always remember that it was my father who first gave me a love for music. This piece is in his memory of him.

Today I celebrate. Today is a day of celebration. The day of the 40th track. I have come a long way from the first to the fortieth, a huge journey. Hello! Iam an amateur singer/songwriter with a lot of passion for singing and Music.  I mostly sing originals,  but also covers . I like to write lyrics with meaning, something people can relate to. Not necessaraly my own experiences, it can be something i heard, seen or something someone  told me.
