Opposite Ways is an Italian-based duo from Milan comprised of Gabriele Bianchi and Gabriele Pavanati. To broaden their knowledge of electronic music, each member attended the Nut Academy in Naples where they found their sonorous imprint in melodic house.
A year later they landed their first EP on Three Hands Records, followed by another on Konfluenz Audio. Later they returned to Three Hands Records with their 'Nothing Is Lost' EP which includes a powerful remix by Modal, then their track 'Arrival' on Awen Records. Their first collaboration with the Mexican duo MIHØLNIR, led them to signing with Us & Them Records, which gained massive support from great artists such as Blancah, Amare, and Paul Anthonee. Following that, they also worked with OBENMUSIK and AddictedMusic and in 2019, they received support from the likes of Tale Of Us, Undercatt, Fideles, Fur Coat, Øostil and Soel, thanks in part to their 'Apparat-Brandenburg' unofficial edit and releases on Prisma Techno, WOOD and Venom Recordings.

Our 201st Global Vibe Radio episode features the ethereal soundscapes of Steyoyoke mainstay Nick Devon.

Nick Devon, aka Nikos Chrysoulakis, is an Athens based DJ/producer whose involvement with electronic music has spanned more than two decades.

Initially producing drum & bass as well as trance, he later transitioned his sound, gravitating more towards electronica and techno. Hence his ability to unite a plethora of elements and genres throughout his current productions. His dark trippy melodic sounds are distinctive, forged through a combination of digital, analogue and physical instruments sourced within in his own studio. This admirable skill has earned him much respect from numerous high profile artists worldwide. As a former vinyl DJ, Nick is also an avid record collector and to this day, spins plenty of old and new records. He enjoys embellishing his vinyl love by including them in his gigs and sets where ever possible.

Nick’s career swiftly evolved and 2015 turned out to be a pivotal year for the producer/DJ, with two huge EP’s titled “The Poem” and “Cosmos”. His remix on Innellea - Colante quickly followed in 2016 and with all three EP’s released on Steyoyoke Recordings, it clearly affirmed just why he is considered a core member of this Berlin-based collective.

Nick Devon has since become a key pillar of the label ran by Soul Button, with a string of releases, exclusive mixes and label party appearances.

2020 is a year Jordan finally exposes his original productions to the world. With releases due on ICONYC, Dear Deer Music, Soundteller Records, Typ3 Records, and Trippy Code in the coming months, Jordan is climbing the ranks and is sure to be noticed as the year progresses. His tracks have received notable support from the likes of Cristoph, Austin Pettit, Haus on Fire, Port Manteau, Wacko & Leedman, and Yeadon among others.

Jordan has been featured on notable podcasts around the globe. Electronic Groove's Spotlight Series based out of Miami, a guest mix on Australia's KISS FM, a monthly residency with Data Transmission Radio, and a guest mix with 8Day Montreal are a few as of late. Jordan's show "Dark Content" showcases the top progressive and melodic techno tracks in the game during the first Friday of every month at 1AM GMT on Data Transmission Radio. These shows along with his live performances are widely known to be filled with high energy, seamless mixing, and impeccable track selection to create long lasting memories for his audience.
