Refreshing with a Short Snooze
After a long morning of studying, I felt my energy draining away. I knew I needed a break, so I decided to take a short snooze. I set an alarm for just 20 minutes, lay down on my bed, and closed my eyes. The quick rest was exactly what I needed. When the alarm went off, I woke up feeling completely refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the day's tasks with a clear mind.
