Black History Month proud of it and grateful for it but the history should be spread out through out year especially in schools which some do but we can't expect from America, Government or people. Even our would drop the ball. We complain about 28 days but help take days away with football, basketball & Valentine Day.

Leadership is not all about age or being the most knowledgeable it's more what you can do with your team and what you can pull from them to make the team better. Alot to do people skills figuring out everyone's value and how to get the best out of them so together the whole team can be successful.
