The enigmatic Hyenah steps into the spotlight once again for its third Freerange release, with a remix by Frankey & Sandrino - that of which is premiering exclusively here on DHA.

Featuring on the track, The Idea, is SA’s Lazarusman who lays down his distinctive spoken-word vocals over powerful blasts of afro percussion-heavy beats on the very special remix from the German duo Frankey & Sandrino. Since their formation in late-2010, Frankey & Sandrino have released on the mighty Innervisions and Zurich-based Drumpoet regularly, in which their tracks received early spins from Dixon, Ame and Mano Le Tough.

The Idea will be release April 15th on vinyl via Freerange Records with eventual digital releases to follow May 6th.

The South Africa tour is not far away but we have still 2 nice shows until Deep Inspiration Show 400 will be recorded and streamed live from South Africa. This week its Umngomezulu from Vinylifestyle Rooftop in Johannesburg. He recorded a nice journey for us with various genres and records from labels that you can find in the shop too. Vinylifestyle is definitely worth a visit for shopping records or some brilliant rooftop sessions with djs who have passion for records. Enjoy the mix and see you on the 24.08 when its the first time for me and Konstantin Olias to play on the lovely rooftop location.

Expanding from drawing and doodling at young age, to exploring the exciting feeling of being a DJ one day, KVRVBO found himself in the music industry after being inspired by his late brother and a few local DJs.

Hailing from Duduza, East of Johannesburg, KVRVBO or Karabo Moloi is a full time creative, working as a Graphic designer & Art Director for a branding and Ad agency, DJ and Producer. The success of his earliest works led to recognition on one of South Africa’s leading radio station and releasing his first official track under Stay True Sounds.

Within his journey to become one of the best in the game, he has featured on a few compilations, an article feature on Red Bull and collaborated with the likes of Kid Fonque, Intr0beatz(Iceland), DR.1MORE, Billowjazz, Jazzuelle, Rephlex, Zito Mowa, Radic, Messive Musik and more.

Also released music under renowned labels like Stay True Sounds, Ambious Records, Closer to Truth(UK), Garden Groove, Just Move Records and Rogue Decibels.
