Scheibenkleister is a Producer & DJ Duo from Bremen, which formed up in late 2015. The two members Friedemann & Noah combine their styles and passion to create a driving, technoid sound. Within a short time span, these two have become quite present in the Bremen electronic scene and have had the possibilty to play at different venues in and around Bremen.

A band of London-lyrical, not so normal, original characters, not shy of scribing songs from their soul.  Bestrewn with social commentary and singable sounds that reflect the struggles of a modern British dystopia, The Launchers recapture the fiery optimism of their luminaries.

They deliver fresh, deep layered, diverse and definitely danceable originals. It’s like they took one step beyond and carried on exploring, with both feet and all ears.

 

Having collectively soaked-up much of the ever-evolving London cultural soundscapes, The Launchers have lit a fuse from their mutual appreciation for Ska and Trojan to adventurous indie and alternative soul.

The Almighty Buck is the music of singer, guitarist and songwriter Tim Ko. (short for Tim Kochanski), former main songwriter and leader for one of New England’s most adored bands of the 90s, Cotton Mouth. Leah Ferjulian (bass) and Jeff Woods (drums) round out the band’s refreshing combination of alt-country, roots rock, Americana and alternative music. The Almighty Buck is now on tour in support of their new EP, So Long, releasing later this year and following their 2003 LP Horse and Rider. The EP was recorded and produced by Tim Ko., and mixed and mastered by Joel Plante, who is credited as the only assistant engineer at Das Boot Recordings, the studio of James Guthrie, who mixed and/or mastered nearly every Pink Floyd and Floyd-related release since 1978. It features Tim Ko. (lead vocals, acoustic and electric guitars), Jef Dudziak (bass), Josh Fleischmann (drums), Bethany Brooks (vocals), and New England favorites Michael Dion of Hot Day at the Zoo (harmonica) and Jen Kearney of Jen Kearney and the Lost Onion (piano, organ).

Starting in 1996 with the first album Savage Messiah Sebastian Villain has been around for quite a while in the southern music scene. Working with people like Ron Gray, Mr Wiked, Mystikal, Freeway, Revolute, Quick, Boss Man, Darkside and all the other people from the late 90's to early 2000 and beyond. He draws inspiration from not only people in the rap music industry like 2pac, BIG, KRS1, Mos Def, Eminem, Lil Boosie and B.O.N.E. but also old rock like The Doors, Bowie, Pink Floyd, The Plastics, Chopin and the other art rockers.Started off in 1996 with a group called DarkSide with Ron Gray. 
1997 recorded the first solo album called Savage Messiah. 
1998 Worked with a group on a Mixtape called Round 1. 
2000 produced Revolute and Mo PLO. 
2002-2005 produced Mr Wiked and other boot camp click artists. 
2006 till now, doing shows and producing with Black Buddha, Chrystal Skye, Lazy, D-Dot Slim, Lil-T, Hott and a few other artists along with recording a new solo album and group mixtapes and albums.

Imagine Fleetwood Mac with more of an organic, Celtic-inflected lilt of vocals and melody, and you have a rough idea of why The Heart Collectors are so instantly appealing. Add the sentimentality of 70’s inspired harmonies, combined with a progressive lyrical wisdom to invite positive change, and you can see why they are taking the international folk music scene by storm. Since releasing their debut album in 2013, The Heart Collectors have been making waves internationally – recording two studio albums in Texas; representing Australia with showcases at South By South West Music Festival 2016, ’17, ’18; and launching their music on the UK and Irish scene with their first tour in 2017. There, they enjoyed the warmth and receptivity of UK audiences with a 60 date tour. With soaring cello, intricate guitar, sparkling mandolin, boot banging banjo, and passionate strikes of a tambourine, these four charismatic, happy performers create real musical synergy, with a marriage of progressive folk feels, rock sensibilities and clean classical precision. Mantraxx is the Darkpsy/Hitech Project of 22 years old Max, who was born in Munich and moved to Berlin when he was 19. Already influenced by Munichs Techno and Psytrance scene, he found his passion for the faster and darker psychedelic sounds and started DJing in october 2016 at the age of 20. His motivation is to make people lose themselves on the dancefloor and to spread the love for music as it sleeps in everyone of us.

The Scratchdog Stringband is creating a name for themselves as the vanguard of a high-energy, innovative brand of bluegrass that satisfies both old-school traditionalists of the genre while enchanting modern audiences with a style of music they didn't yet know they loved. Some of the hardest working young musicians in the Pacific Northwest, the Portland-based ensemble has blazed through over three-hundred shows in the last two years alone, entertaining audiences with their rich harmonies, lush fiddle lines and break-neck banjo picking. But the Scratchdogs aren't ever married to their instruments, seamlessly passing around the upright bass, guitar, fiddle, mandolin and banjos while trading lead vocals. Their live shows feature lightning-fast rippers sung of murder and ruin, swaggering tongue-in-cheek country tunes as well as heartbreaking ballads of love and loss. Each member sings lead to their original compositions and though with voices highly unique to each other, the quartet manages to expertly blend them into resonant four-part harmonies. 
 
James Rossi is both one of the best fiddle players in the northwest as well as one of it's most distinctive voices. His booming bass register is unmistakable, and unforgettable. Andrew DeRossett's honed technical finesse and intuitive improvisational skills on guitar and tenor banjo effortlessly transition between the band's rhythmic backbone and front man flat-picker. Max Countryman-Skewes plays a furious Scruggs-style banjo and his compositions have pushed back on the traditional notions of bluegrass songwriting. His poetic lyrical style on morose topics give a distinctly "darker hue of bluegrass" feel to the band. Steve Eggers's soaring tenor voice captivates audiences with its unique timbre and his deeply expressive performances, as he picks, strums and plucks any instrument he can find on stage.
 
In May of 2017, the four members of The Scratchdog Stringband organized the first annual Portland Park Blocks Bluegrass Festival, hosting fifteen bands on two stages for a day of music in a centuries old, non-denominational church in SW Portland. The band's sound has been explored through tens of thousands of miles on the road and on stages shared with bands like Brothers Comatose, Eight Dollar Mountain, Cascade Crescendo, Alder Street and Yonder Mountain String Band, and is captured in their 2017 releases, the full length "Scratchdog Saloon” and EP "The Licklog Disputes."
 
The boys will continue their year-round tours of the Pacific Northwest, the United States and beyond, entertaining audiences and spreading the boot-stomping good times of the old school country ramblers, while maintaining and embellishing their tight-grooving, ear-catching melodic sensibility. Constantly finding new ways to incorporate their diverse musical experience and passion, the Scratchdog Stringband's high-energy original tunes, songs and ballads are sure to please a wide spectrum of audiences with their intelligent lyrics and highly technical sound that is also upbeat, danceable and approachable.
