This "brainwashing file" is sort of an aesthetic experience of what being brainwashed would sound like. It has isochronic binaurals, hypnotic language, suggestions, counting... I don't doubt that you could end up hypnotized listening to it but it's not a proper hypnosis session. It's more something to play in the background while you masturbate and watch your favorite spiral. It does have a beginning middle and end just to keep it engaging but sitting through the whole 45 minutes is optional. If you wanted to listen on low volume while you napped or did other stuff, that's a great idea! The focus is on the experience, not the suggestions.

There are suggestions in it, they are (SPOILERS!!): To believe that you are brainwashed, to be turned on when you think about being brainwashed, to be reminded that you are brainwashed when you touch yourself, to be turned on by listening to this file, to be turned on by hypnosis. There's also permissive suggestions ("It's OK if you...") to masturbate while listening to the file, to occasionally think about hypnosis when you masturbate, to occasionally think about my voice when you masturbate.
