For this episode we'd like to give a warm welcome to the Paris-based artist, Knay.
He started his project in 2018 with a first EP out on Natch Records. 
Sound exploration is the main focus while having a studio session. This exploration combines many different elements including nature sounds, analog gear recordings, transposed and time stretched samples that are used to create textures and rhythm.

With an extremely original approach and mesmerizing layer overlaping, he's easily able to take the traveler into inner dimensions and get lost there for a while, altering his/her state of consciousness, gradually guiding it into a deeper version of itself.

Revelation Of Sound is pleased to present Craft. Born in NYC, Craft is an international music producer, composer and DJ based in Brooklyn with strong roots in Italy. He began to DJ in New York City in 1994 and started to produce his first original music in Rome by 1999. His discography now includes over 100 releases in both vinyl and digital formats across numerous EP’s, concept albums, collaborations and remixes appearing on more than 40 labels based in a dozen countries. In 2014 he composed a musical score for a Mexican cartel movie contributing 4 theme tracks. In 2018 he produced original music for a modern theatre production performing with the cast on tour in Abruzzo, Italy and at other similar theatre shows around NYC. In 2019 he began a collaboration of a series of music-centric cinematic videos as part of JediCollective.

Craft is recognized as co-founder of New York City’s longstanding techno event series “Twice as Proper”. Since 2007, he curated over 270 underground showcases in basements, rooftops, warehouses, clubs and secret after-hours in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Twice as Proper events have occasionally extended out to Detroit, Washington DC, Barcelona, Terracina, Mexico City and Playa del Carmen showcasing international artists alongside local techno and ambient acts. In 2012 Craft co-found “Feed The Raver” show and was the radio host for 6 seasons airing regularly on Saturdays in the UK and online. Craft is founder of the Party People™ clothing line of shirts, hoodies, hats, facemasks, bags, accessories and stickers represented by enthusiasts around the globe since 2007.

In 2019 they appeared with their live set on Smoke Machine podcast series, Hypnus The Memoir and Monument.

Now’s the time to leave before another storm hits the coast, deeper into the island. Sand quickly replaced with leaves rustling under the weight of your drained body. A swift change in light marks the entering to the jungle. Rumbling of the ocean is left far behind, tropical heat with an orchestra of birds, animals and insects overflows every bit of you. Although, one particular sound stands out, with slow but steady repetition inviting from deep within the forest. The closer you get, the easier it is to distinguish meditative hum followed by a voice – a human voice. Emerging from the shadows a giant black rock with the carving o a wave appears, and the eyes gazing directly into you – the shaman has been waiting.

Welcome to the 300th Chapter of the Deep Electronics serie. A weekly released serie that brings you a diversity into the abyss of deep electronic music. 

It's a pleasure to release sets with a special number. As you already know I try to search the best artists for that. Like Deepchord for chapter #100 and Mike Schommer for chapter # 200. 
And now I  finally can release chapter #300. This time Echocord founder Kenneth Christiansen makes his apperence mixing this chapter!  I want to thank him for creating this amazing 100% vinyl mix celebrating this unique number. 

And thank you the listeners and follwers of the serie. Without you this wasn't possible!

Bio:

Kenneth Christiansen and his Echocord label have long been the guardians of dub techno’s second wave. More than that, the Dane & like-minded friends built their very own techno temple in the form of Copenhagen’s intimate Culture Box. Kenneth worked there for years as artistic director until he decided to focus on his labels and his own DJ-career and left the venue in 2017.
More than a decade after starting his label – and later the Echocord Colour sub-label – there have been more than 100 EPs and LPs that have updated continuously and revisited the techno and dub template and have very much contributed to the careers of those that release on it.  Kenneth himself is also an accomplished producer as one half of Pattern Repeat with Dennis Bog.  The pair release on their eponymously entitled label and excel at crafting moody, textured and widescreen techno sounds that draw on years of dub culture.  As a DJ, Kenneth has been spinning ever since the beginning of the 90’s, immediately picking up gigs all around Europe because of his unique style and tightly honed sonic vision. Few people manage to remain credible and engaged with the underground over such a long period of time, but thanks to his devotion to his city, sounds and the scene, this man has managed it with ease and is here to stay. 
When Kenneth is djing his focus is mostly on Dub-Techno, but also he likes to spin the underground, edgy house and Techno. Kenneth is a vinyl DJ.
