Linda shares with us that “diversity helps drive business growth”, it gives us a keen understanding of all those we come in contact with – peers, customers, vendors and partners.   Finding the voice of this audience in our communities helps us understand how people think and why they do what they do.  She shares with us that a diverse culture is one that is varied based on sex, background, religion, childhood and much more.  Just because we may look the same from the outside doesn’t mean that we’re not diverse – we need to learn to appreciate what others can bring to the table.   Diversity brings bigger perspectives and understanding of what drives priorities.
