Sam Laxton is a British producer and DJ who has transcended genres to create his unique blend of Techno & Trance. Globally recognized in the industry for his varied musical output, Sam has a vast catalogue of releases ranging from Breakbeat to Progressive and Tech-Trance. He is the resident of international festival brands Inakoma and Unkonscious. 

Kicking off in 2013, Sam has released singles across multiple genres, receiving support from industry heavyweights such as Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Trym, I Hate Models, Indira Paganotto, Mha Iri, Azyr, Omaks, TDJ, Aly & Fila, and many more. His tracks have been heard at events such as Verknipt, Boiler Room, Timewarp, KNTXT, Face 2 Face, Gotec, Drumcode, Tomorrowland, EDC, A State of Trance, and Transmission Festival to name a few. 

Releasing singles and EP’s on Armada, Sonaxx, Bonzai, FSOE, Black Hole, and via self release, Sam has built a fanbase of regular listeners who contribute to over 1,500,000 streams per year. As a DJ, Sam has an innate ability to read the crowd and set the vibe at any venue while maintaining his unique energy, blending House, Techno, Rave and Trance to showcase a life dedicated to electronic music.

Rico's sound connects, the catchiness of pop, the drive of punk, and impact of electronic dance music. With emotional breakdowns, stomping drums, and explosive drops, Rico's sets bring immense energy to crowds of all shapes and sizes.

In addition to the residencies of his hometown of Staten Island, Rico is no stranger to the nationwide stage. He has played as support for artists including Wuki, Autoerotique, and Trampa. Rico was an artist on various events throughout SXSW in Austin Texas 3 consecutive years, and has been a curator and artist on Tommie Sunshine's Miami Music Week, Brooklyn Fire label party. Rico has a never ending flow of musical content, with remixes dropping each month, and weekly Stream on Twitch titled RICOS ROOM.
