You are not alone!!!

Nolan didn't want to leave us so soon.  Emotions are strong, and his took over.  He was at a bad place, at a bad time, having a bad moment.  By pressing on, each and every one of you keep his spirit, his movement, and his journey alive.

Taking time to heal your emotional self is not shameful.  It takes bravery to reach out.  Your strength will empower everyone.  Please tell others if you are hurting because it will hurt them to lose you.  Asking for help is not weak, it is courageous.
