What we all need right now is to be extra kind and gentle with ourselves. It’s been a long, strange and confusing year. It can be tempting to critique ourselves or to try to rush back to some kind of  “normal” but what we really need is patience, encouragement and support. 
The good news? In *this* story, the princess saves HERSELF. But to do that she must be nice to herself.  She must listen to herself. And she must value her own voice and needs. It’s time to turn up the self-compassion and increase the positive self-talk. It’s time to be nice to yourself. You got this!
