I’m back from summer holidays and ready to give you your podcast dose of encouragement, support and sisterly love. If you are feeling a little lost lately, you are NOT alone. The whole world is in a state of transition as we stare down the barrels of so many unknowns. It’s OK to feel a little (or a lot) lost right now. It’s normal, even. And I’m here to remind you that you are strong and powerful, even when you feel lost. PLUS, feeling lost is part of our heroine’s journey. Or as Christina Feldman explains in her fantastic book, “The Quest of the Warrior Woman”, a “season of discontent” is part of our warrior process. We are growing, evolving and figuring out how to use our power for GOOD. 

No woman is an island. So glad to be back with you!
