Too often, we exaggerate personal setbacks and minimize our accomplishments. It can be easier to remember the critiques and negative stuff than the positive compliments. So, this is a podcast to help you realize that you are actually - and honestly - doing well, great even. Especially considering all you’ve been through. And how do I know that you’ve been through a lot? Well, we’re women. We brave so much. We endure and survive and soldier on. We keep lives and families and movements going. We are the glue that holds whole worlds together. Take a deep breath, you are doing so much better than you think you are.
