Alessandro Crimi returns to Etui Records with his Wandering EP. The release includes 2 original tracks by the Swiss artist and 2 remixes by Federsen and Insect O.

The EP starts with the title track Wandering. Beautiful layered pad sounds and spacious percussion giving you the feeling of wandering around in a meadow. With some punchy drums San Francisco dub techno master Federsen turned the track into a dub heavy groover.

The flip side starts with the mystic sounds of Jericho. Be prepared for some bass heavy vibes layered underneath deeply processed synth chords. For his remix Insect O. spiced up the synths with some effects and laid it on a forward pushing groove.

Here's my Edit of an Klock & Dettmann's track that was original released in early 2006. It's a dark, spacey groover with an exceptional drum section. This rework contains some rework of kick, bassline and ride + FX and off course it was arranged a bit more compact.

Taking influence from this technic, Fango embarked on a long insular trip, reflecting down till the depths of his own soul. The outcome of this arcane ritual is "Viscera", a series of 3 EP's focused on the pure essence of Fango’s artistic delirium.

Originally released on vinyl by R&S in 1994, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ was re-earthed in 2016 by Nina Kraviz and Ricardo Villalobos, becoming a secret weapon on dancefloors 22 years after its original release. On December 16, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ gets its first digital release on R&S.
 
Josh Wink has always been ahead of musical trends and walks his own path in dance music. From a young age Wink was exposed to different mysticism and consciousness philosophies. “It wasn’t a big, popular or trendy thing to do at the time, but I was 14 and just did what my mother did… Releasing tracks like ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ and ‘Higher States of Consciousness’, people looked at me as being this deeply profound spiritual guy, but I never really thought about it in that way, even though I’m really into repetitive, transcendental and meditative rhythms. Ohm is known as an Icelandic dub techno veteran with releases on labels such as Thule Records, Æ Recordings, Luck of Access, X/OZ, and Solid Groove. He teams up with El Choop, a UK-based artist with a distinctive approach to dub techno, who released on key labels like Echocord and ETUI.

The release is completed by a special Octal Industries remix, a project started in 2004 and known for its appearances on labels such as Octal and Thule records. The remix provides an atmospheric and groundbreaking reinterpretation with a moody and reminiscent touch.
The four tracks present a strong techno groove and specially crafted dub techno elements. Focused on evocative and energetic stems, these dub techno works are highly versatile and suitable for home listening, as well as conceptual and timeless dj sets.
