‘I Notice You’ is the first single from Duncan’s forthcoming debut EP and is the first release of any kind from the Margaret River musician. Recorded in Perth with Sam Ford (Pond, Abbe May), this lazy love-song is a real ear-worm with catchy vocal lines backed by gentle, floating guitar parts.

Inspired by the beats of a petrol bouser in South West Oz (used as an audio sample), Duncan has taken a different approach to his sound on this latest release. The theme comments on the over induglence some
people feel they need to to fit into the modern, fast-paced world, whilst still encouraging us all to take on those Y.O.L.O moments. The song has elements of Ariel Pink, The Easybeats and Mac De Marco but also carries some of the trademark catchy melodies, enveloped in acoustic guitars.
