This moving R&B single is about the relatability of becoming your own enemy when isolated indoors with yourself. It depicts the defining moments of how we make use of this time indoors and how it effects us mentally. The relevancy in the lyrics will hopefully provide comfort in knowing that no one is alone in this, and that for the first time, in unison, we as humanity are all experiencing the same thing.
