All songs are built around fragments of a guitar chord and scattered vocal snippets I recorded in my tiny Airbnb apartment in Tokyo, September 2024. 
One night, while wandering the empty streets of Shinjuku, I stumbled upon an old VOX guitar amp in the trash—abandoned, yet somehow still alive. 
The amp wasn’t really an instrument; it was a relic for me, something I left untouched, a reminder of things I wished I could remember but never can.

piano sound diary 0823 w/noise

This piece places a quiet piano performance against a subtle background of noise textures.
I sampled and layered two types of noise:

Gray noise (shaped from white noise with EQ, softened into a fog-like presence)

Pink noise (a warm, grounded layer that slowly emerges in the second half)

By combining these two noise sources, the background gains both depth and atmosphere,
like a shaded canvas on which the piano can unfold its diary-like reflections.

Written during a journey, this track captures the essence of a place that radiates peace and stirs inner passions. It’s both a reflection of the moment and a soundscape that preserves the memory of an experience lived far from the everyday.
