Or is pride of more importance?
And will you proceed to take a stance?

The question is: what would you do in this instance?
For wisdom from the unexpected
Is fresh and updated for those willing to be converted,
And it can lead to greater things—
For who knows what new knowledge brings,
Except that wisdom is judged by where it springs?

I choose to judge not by the popular perception of the source,
So that I’m not taking advice just because.
I see not with the eyes,
So vanity may not lead to my demise.
