Chris Needs was nearing the completion of a stage musical based on his life when he tragically passed away last Summer. 
As part of the script writing process, his co-writer, PT Rose, kept audio recordings of their discussions. With the full blessing of Chris’ life partner and husband Gabe Cameron, lengthy extracts from the recording  are featured in this programme. The recordings do contain adult language and themes which might upset some. At the final recording Chris was in a particularly playful and chatty mood and the resulting conversation became entertaining and very revealing.
Included in the programme will be his recollections of many friends and colleagues, including lots of celebrity gossip. 
The names to look out for include Julie Barton, Clare Summers, Gareth Edwards, Peter Milburn,  Margaret John, Sarah Holden, Boyd Clack, Colin Paterson, Steve Duttfield, Wendy Kane, Bruce Anderson, Roy Noble, Victor Spinetti and Princess Anne.

‘We were in the final stages of preparing the stage musical about Chris’ life when he was taken from us. These tape recordings offer a tantalising glimpse of what we might have seen on stage.’
