In this episode, we will meet Dr. Galen Martin, a professor of environmental studies at the University of Oregon, and discuss the impact and origin of our global food system. In this podcast, Dr. Martin will share his knowledge of the impact of our food choices, the importance of supporting local food systems, and his outlook on overcoming climate doomism.
