A good day to you! Allow us to introduce ourselves.

We are Marty and Jake, a classical music duet and we call ourselves "Going for Baroque." We play flute and clarinet duets featuring works of classical composers such as Mozart, Bach, and Beethoven.

We are local to Albany and have performed in several different venues in the area. To date no musicians have been presenting classical music in the context of what we are offering.

Marty is a retired NYC music teacher with multi woodwind experiences. He has performed in over 50 community theater productions, classical orchestras, jazz ensembles, dance bands and the wedding circuit.

Jake grew up in New Hampshire where he studied flute and saxophone. He has won several competitions and performed in a variety of settings including symphonic bands, jazz ensembles, flute choir, and weddings.
