A new composition and I dedicated it to my son Leon.

The song is a haunting and emotional journey through loss, disconnection, and the struggle to reclaim meaning and connection in the midst of emotional chaos. From the opening line—“Your words punch through the fog, a beacon so bright”—the listener is pulled into a world where clarity is elusive, and emotion is both overwhelming and necessary.

The lyrics are rich with metaphors contrasting analog warmth with digital coldness, such as “stripping the air to its analog sound” and “in this electronic dream.” These lines highlight a recurring theme: the desire to return to something real, human, and emotionally authentic in a world where feelings are often buried beneath noise and detachment.

The chorus—“Can you hear the whispers, lost in the haze?”—reinforces the idea of emotional signals struggling to be heard. The tone is one of desperation, as if the narrator is clinging to remnants of love and kindness before they fade entirely.

Each verse builds on this emotional landscape, using oceanic imagery—waves, shorelines, and drowning—to symbolize the weight of memory and longing. The bridge provides a moment of quiet vulnerability, suggesting that even amid anger and silence, there's still a melody of resilience to be found.

By the end, the lyrics offer a glimmer of redemption. The fog begins to lift, and the final lines promise a united struggle to heal and reclaim what was lost. This is a song of heartbreak, survival, and ultimately, the enduring strength of human connection in the face of sorrow.

I am a music producer and lyricist and occasionally play the synthesizer,  guitar, and piano. I have been doing this since 2012. People from all over the world make all the sounds used in my music, and some A.I. Most of the time, I write the lyrics and music; I'll hire professionals for the specific instruments I need and then pull them all together to make the final production I want. It is a complicated process to ensure the masters and the stems flow evenly to the beat. Each genre has its own movement, for example, Rap to Rock or Country to Orchestral, which also adds to the complexity. I hope this gives you an idea of what goes on behind the scenes.

I love making music, and many productions are for specific moods or atmospheres I am trying to create. Moby, Enigma, Enya, Def Leppard, Lennard Skynnard, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Bach, and Beethoven are a few of the legends that have inspired me.
