This theme from Wind of The Willows was commissioned by @CWToasterMan on Twitter who wanted me to have a go at this theme but I suggested maybe in the style of Percy would suit it, when I first heard it that is what came to mind. 
As proven with the Mario video, Percy's Original Theme is a playful little bop that can be laced over many lightheared pieces of music.

'Sir Topham Hatt - The Fat Controller' (V2)

FINALLY!!! After a whole Month I'm back on Track.
Sorry for the Long Wait Everyone. I played in a Band for a Musical and had to learn 20 Songs. The Musical and Dang School held me up from doing my Themes. But It came worse, for I have accidently loaded my Keyboard on a wrong Lorry which transported it far away from Home. This whole last week I couldn't work on anything. And it was my second & last Week of Vacation. I could've done like Seven Theme in that Time. But NO... the Only Object I can make Music with is not there where It's suppose to.
But eventually I got It end of the Week & I could finish Two small Theme.

Another Reason for You to read the Description is that I Need a Break with taking Requests. I've taken, I don't know, 12 Requests and I haven't begon Half of it. Six are still unfinished And School is holding me up and yet still People are giving Me Requests.
This is why I made this Special Announcement.
 Don't understand Me wrong. I'm not saying that I wont be taking Requests completely. I just need to work on those I still have.

So please, Don't give me any new Requests until further Notice!
I'll do another Special Announcement Track to say that I'm free to take some new Requests. But Please don't storm all at once. I don't want to have another full List of requests again.
By the Way, I'm pritty Sure I'm not the Only TTTE Musician here who takes Requests. There are Dozens of others out there.

Anyway... Sir Topham Hatt is gathering up the Steam Team for a Special Announcement and Bla Bla... The Title and Picture explaines everything.
